The price of each module is published on its detail page and inside the dashboard. Below is the comparison between the two account types on which modules can be activated.

Each module is billed separately and independently from the account type. You can activate or deactivate modules at any time; billing adjusts from the next cycle. All prices are quoted in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.
ISO standards
ISO 9001 included. Other standards at €10/month.
Every Aegis module always includes ISO 9001 in the base price. Additional standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and others available in the module) are optional and cost €10/month each.
During the 7-day free trial only ISO 9001 is active: an intentional choice so you can thoroughly evaluate the platform on the most widely adopted standard before extending to the others. After the trial you can activate additional standards at any time from the Billing area, with automatic proration and no lock-in.

AI credits
Pay-as-you-go AI, transparent and under control.
Every Aegis module ships with advanced AI features (document generation, risk analysis, conversational assistant, etc.). Cost is pay-as-you-go: you only pay for what you use, no hidden AI subscription bundled into the module price.
When you activate a module you get €2 of complimentary credits, included in the 7-day trial, to test every AI feature with no commitment. After the trial you can top up the wallet with prepaid packs or a custom amount; each top-up generates a Stripe invoice with a downloadable PDF.
Each call is priced based on the AI model and the tokens consumed. The AI Credits area exposes the full ledger: every call, exact cost, model used and timestamp.
In workspaces, the admin distributes credits per user and module, sets monthly spending limits and can suspend AI on individual accounts to keep the budget under granular control.

How do AI credits work?
AI credits run on a prepaid pay-as-you-go model. Can I switch from Solo to Workspace later?
Yes. Get in touch and we'll handle the migration while preserving your existing data.
How is module billing handled?
Each module has its own subscription and its own invoice, generated automatically with a downloadable PDF.
Can I deactivate a module?
Yes, at any time from the admin area. Billing stops from the next cycle.
